Minnesota High Tech Foundation

Minnesota High Tech Association and its Foundation engaged HunterSage in 2018 to “rethink the potential role and impact of the Foundation, its work in STEM education, and its workforce development initiatives.” HunterSage conducted a five-phase research process that included external benchmarking, focus groups and stakeholder interviews. The research yielded six recommendations related to focus, positioning, leadership and staffing models, role of the board, program investments and target markets. The recommendations will inform a strategic planning process that coincides with the arrival of a new executive director.
